Prior to becoming an approved Broker/Correspondent with us, the Broker/Correspondent Questionnaire must be completed and reviewed with our Marketing / Sales team.

Before completing the questionnaire, we encourage you to check our Program Descriptions on this web site. We have a several loan products available for manufactured housing to suit most any financing need that your Borrowers may have.

First Residential's wholesale staff wants to make sure that any questions you may have are answered prior to your completing the Correspondent/Broker Application, which will be sent to you upon receipt and review of your completed Broker/Correspondent Questionnaire.
